During your shoot, only my make-up artist and I will be present. While you are welcome to bring a friend, it is important to consider that having an audience can cause you to feel self-conscious. If you decide to bring someone, we request that you limit it to one person.

I highly recommend seeking professional hair and make-up services for your boudoir shoot, whether through my make-up artist or someone of your choice. Boudoir make-up is distinct from everyday make-up, and professional application can accentuate your features and ensure that you appear at your best on camera. Moreover, feeling confident and flawless in your appearance can help you relax and fully embrace the experience.

A deposit of 50% is required to secure all sessions. This measure has been implemented due to instances where individuals fail to show up without prior notice or communication. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or illness, the deposit will be held until the client can attend at a later date. Please be assured that this policy is in place to ensure the smooth running of sessions and to honour our commitment to providing quality service.

Rest assured that you are not alone in feeling uncertain about posing for boudoir photos. As a professional photographer, I will provide you with

comprehensive guidance throughout the shoot. This includes directing you into poses that are flattering to your unique physique and utilising visual aids to help you with each pose. In addition, I will personally demonstrate each pose and provide clear instructions on how to position your body, face, and hands to achieve the desired effect. To create a comfortable and enjoyable environment during the session, please feel free to suggest your favourite music that will enhance the mood.

Upon confirmation of your booking, I can provide you with a comprehensive list of recommendations to help you prepare for the photo shoot. These tips will assist you in achieving the best possible outcome from your session.

Rest assured, there is no need to worry about losing weight for this shoot. It's not uncommon to feel this way; however, I would like to assure you that I will expertly pose and light you in a way that will showcase your best features and flatter your body.

All images captured during the shoot will undergo professional editing. The process will include light retouching to enhance your features and overall

appearance. Standard adjustments, such as removing blemishes, bruises, stretch marks, veins and cellulite, will be applied to ensure your images look their best. Please note that we do not employ any sculpting techniques that would alter your physical appearance beyond recognition. The goal is to capture the best version of yourself without compromising your unique and natural beauty.

During the pre-shoot consultation, we will discuss various types of boudoir lingerie that align with your vision. To complement your shoot, I typically

recommend items such as negligées, baby dolls, silk dressing gowns, corsets, stockings or hold-ups, dresses, tops, white men’s shirts, jewellery, cashmere cardigans, masks, stiletto shoes, hats and any other pieces that make you feel confident.

Absolutely! Also, as a boudoir photographer for brides-to-be, I am equipped to provide guidance on selecting wedding lingerie that will complement and enhance your features for your boudoir photo shoot.

No, being fully nude is unnecessary to achieve tasteful and elegant boudoir photographs. There are various ways to create the impression of nudity if required, such as wearing a sheer top, posing behind a sheer fabric or lace, or being nude under the sheets. During the photoshoot, we can discuss your preferences and create a comfortable and beautiful atmosphere to capture your desired style.

To provide a personalised experience for my clients, I offer the option to have the boudoir photo shoot session at my studio, in the comfort of their own home, or at a location of their choice. For those seeking a luxury experience, I can suggest boutique hotels or similar venues. If a client chooses to have the photo shoot at their home, I would appreciate the opportunity to assess the lighting conditions and recommend any necessary adjustments. In the event that natural light is not available, I can provide additional lighting equipment. Please keep in mind that the available space may impact the range of poses and compositions that can be captured.

The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act is a legal framework that safeguards photographers against unauthorised duplication of their work. In the United Kingdom, copyright protection is automatic and extends for the photographer’s life plus 70 years.

As the creator of the images, I retain the copyright to all of them. However, I do grant you usage rights to reproduce the images at a print lab for personal use or to share with family and friends on social media. It is important to note that you are not authorised to sell any images I have produced to third parties, including stock libraries, in any form (print, digital, framed, or album).

A Raw image file is unprocessed and requires adjustments before transforming it into a usable, high-quality image. Only after retouching and colour correction can a Raw file be formatted to a Jpeg file, which anyone can view and share. It is important to note that Raw images are not accessible without the appropriate software.

Please note that, like many other photographers, I do not release Raw Images to clients under any circumstances. This is because if these images were edited by someone else and subsequently linked to my business online, they would not accurately represent my work or business.

In general, low-resolution images are ideal for online use, such as viewing on computer screens, iPads, and phones, while high-resolution images are best suited for printing. Digital cameras are capable of capturing both types of images. Images intended for online use can have a resolution as low as 72 DPI and will appear sharp on a computer screen. However, images should have a resolution of between 240 and 300 DPI for printed materials to ensure clarity and detail.

Printing a low-resolution image will result in a pixelated and blurry output. It is important to use high-resolution images for printing purposes to achieve the desired quality.
